As a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for supporting customers while handling administrative tasks related to enquiries, records, and communication. You will act as a link between customers and internal teams, ensuring that queries are resolved efficiently and that customer information is kept accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional manner
Capturing and updating customer information accurately on internal systems
Following up on customer requests, complaints, and service issues
Preparing basic reports and summaries related to customer interactions
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer needs are addressed
Maintaining organised records of customer communication and service history
Assisting with order processing, confirmations, and general administration
Ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times
Maintaining confidentiality when dealing with customer information
Requirements
Matric is required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic computer literacy, including email and Microsoft Office
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure while remaining professional
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures
Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn systems and improve service processes
